TweetGrid – Small Business Solution

As many of you know, Twitter is one of the most powerful social networking tools out on the web and there are many other sites not directly affiliated with Twitter, but developed to use Twitter in even more powerful ways.
Take TweetGrid for example. TweeGrid.com allows a user to search contents of a Twitter message (tweet) and sends the info back to you. Sounds pretty simple huh? Well it is, but there is more to it. TweetGrid is essentially a “search grid” that allows you search through every tweet with your search term(s) and displays them for you on a set of grids.
As you can see in the image below, I have entered in 6 different search terms for each grid, and TweetGrid sends me every person who has tweeted those exact words. Each grid also automatically refreshes, so you can keep up with whoever has recently tweeted your search term.
This tool is very powerful when finding others with similar interests, finding out who is talking about your company, or who is keeping up with a political topic. This kind of tool can help grow your business and see where you stand within the web and social networking community. Try it out. Awesome. I know that twitter has been used for many purposes and because of cool websites like TweetGrid, it has allowed many of us to market ourselves to what now could be the majority in social networking.
